• Participation in ROBOFEST is open to students, professionals, and others as specified for each event.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

• Registration is confirmed only after full payment is successfully processed through our payment gateway (Razorpay).

• The organizing committee reserves the right to reject or cancel a registration at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of incorrect information or misconduct.

• Participants are responsible for selecting and registering for the correct event(s).

• All event-specific rules, formats, schedules, and judging criteria will be made available on the website or communicated via email.

• ROBOFEST reserves the right to make changes to the event structure, timing, or rules as required. Registered participants will be notified of such changes.

• Failure to attend or participate in the event will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

• All event registrations must be paid online through Razorpay.

• Prices for each event are displayed clearly on the website. These are non-negotiable and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• We do not store or process any credit/debit card or banking details. All financial data is handled by Razorpay in compliance with industry standards.

• All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards other participants, volunteers, and organizers.

• Harassment, cheating, abusive language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

• The decisions made by the judges and organizing team are final and binding.

• Participants retain ownership of the projects or content they create during the event.

• By participating, you grant ROBOFEST the right to use submitted materials for promotional, educational, or archival purposes with appropriate credit.

• ROBOFEST and SRM Institute of Science and Technology are not responsible for any losses, damages, or disruptions caused by internet issues, system failures, or third-party services.

• ROBOFEST does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or event platform.

• Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purposes of event administration and communication.

• All registrations are final. Refunds are issued only in the case of event cancellation by the organizers or technical payment failures.
