Pricing Policy
This Pricing Policy outlines the registration fees for various events organized as part of ROBOFEST, the official technical fest of SRM Institute of Science and Technology. All participants are required to pay the specified entry fee at the time of registration.
1. Event Registration Fees
The following fees apply per team/entry for each event:

Note: All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes and are non-negotiable.
2. Payment Method
• All payments must be made through the official ROBOFEST website using the Razorpay payment gateway.
• Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• No offline payments or cash transactions will be accepted unless explicitly approved by the organizing committee.
3. Invoice and Confirmation
• Upon successful payment, participants will receive a digital confirmation and payment receipt via email or SMS.
• Participants are advised to retain proof of payment for entry validation at the event.
4. Pricing Updates
• ROBOFEST reserves the right to revise entry fees at any time prior to the start of the event registration window.
• Any pricing changes will be updated on the official website and will not affect users who have already completed registration and payment.
